Before you start
- Your products are in the catalog and tracked. Add them in Catalog > Products, one by one with New product or with Data > Import products. Then turn on Track in Pricing Intelligence for each product you want to watch. See Products and Importing.
- The pricing data provider is set up. Scrapes and match searches go through it, and until it is enabled and configured every scrape fails. See Pricing data provider.
- You have the dashboard permissions. Opening the dashboard needs Manufacturer Dashboard; each tab and action has its own permission. See Permissions.
Get to your first figures
1
Set the reference price
Resellers are compared with your RRP. In Catalog > Price Levels, mark the level that holds your
recommended retail prices Set as Recommended Retail Price, and enter those prices on your products. See
Price levels.A market can use a different level instead: set it in the market’s Compared against field on the
Markets page. Either way, the reference price must be in the market’s currency; offers in another currency
are left out of every figure.
2
Choose where to look
Open Pricing Intelligence > Markets and click Add market for each country you want to watch. Then
add at least one data source in that market in Pricing Intelligence > Data Sources. Click Add & add a
source in the market dialog to do both in one go. See
Markets and data sources.
3
Match your products
Open Pricing Intelligence > Product Matching and review the suggestions for your tracked products. Approve
the listings that are your product and reject the rest. Products you have not reviewed are ignored by the
dashboard. See Product matching.
4
Run the first scrape
In Data Sources, click Run on the source’s row, or set up a schedule. The dashboard starts recalculating
about 30 seconds after the run finishes, and the setup card gives way to figures as soon as the first comparable
offer is in.
5
Read the Overview
Back in Manufacturer Dashboard, the Overview tab opens with a verdict on compliance: the share of
comparable offers within your tolerance of RRP (±5% by default) or covered by an agreed promotion, measured
against your compliance target (90% by default). Under it, New, Restored, Deeper and Critical
count what changed, and Where to act lists up to three things to do first. See
Overview, price map and gaps.

Follow up with resellers
Open cases for resellers with gaps and message them.
Agreed promotions
Record promotions you allowed, so they do not count as gaps.
