When your ERP (Wapro) manages a warehouse’s stock, Omnilinker never changes that stock itself. So when you reconcile a product on its Bins panel and part of the stock is unexplained, the difference becomes a change for your ERP: a line for someone to enter in the ERP by hand. Once the ERP’s stock is read again, the difference is gone.
Changes for your ERP come with Bins, which are off by default. Ask Omnilinker to switch on Bins for your organization.
Open Inventory > Changes for ‹ERP›: the menu item carries your ERP connection’s name when one connection manages your warehouses, and reads Changes for your ERP otherwise. You need the Changes to enter in the ERP permission under Inventory Management; Settle changes to the ERP lets you mark lines entered or cancel them.

The list

Choose a Warehouse: the list offers the warehouses that have changes, with how many are still to enter. Show filters by state: To enter (the default), Entered, Cancelled or All. Each line shows the product (SKU and name), the Change and what it means as a document:
  • a negative change is Missing (RW): units the books hold and the shelves don’t, entered in the ERP as an RW;
  • a positive change is Found (PW): units on the shelves the books don’t hold, entered as a PW.
It also shows the Reason (Count difference, Damaged or Found), the State, who asked for it and when, and who settled it and when. A line cancelled because the warehouse stopped being managed by the ERP says so.

Enter the changes

1

Enter each document in the ERP

For every line To enter, create the RW or PW in your ERP for the product and quantity shown.
2

Mark them entered

Tick the lines you entered and click Entered in ‹ERP›. Nothing changes in Omnilinker: the ERP’s stock does, the next time it is read.
To withdraw a line nobody will enter, tick it and click Cancel. The difference then counts as unexplained again on the product’s Bins panel. Only lines To enter can be marked entered or cancelled. If someone settled one meanwhile, Omnilinker says “The change of … is no longer open: it was entered or cancelled already.” and reloads the list.

Export and print

Click Export Excel for the lines the filters show, or Print to print the list from your browser.

Inbox

While a warehouse has changes to enter, the inbox holds one notice for it: “Changes to enter in ‹ERP› for ‹warehouse›: ‹count›”. It is replaced when the count changes and clears when none is left. It goes to the people who receive stock alerts, or to administrators when nobody is set.
