- You need the Issue and withdraw receipts permission; see Permissions.
- At least one fiscal printer is set up; see Fiscal printers.
- Choose the station you work at with Choose station in the top bar. Omnilinker uses it to choose the printer; see Which printer prints the receipt.

Check the printer, the form and the NIP
- Printer: the fiscal printer that will print the receipt.
- Receipt as: Paper or E-receipt, starting from the location’s setting. Click the other to change it for this receipt. A receipt kept with an invoice shows “Paper, kept with the invoice. Not in the parcel”.
- NIP: the buyer’s NIP that goes on the receipt, or None given.

What goes on the receipt
- Each product line, with its name as on the order. Characters the printer cannot print lose their accent or are left out, and a name longer than the printer takes is cut.
- Discounts, spread over the goods at the same VAT rate.
- Delivery, as a line called “Dostawa” with its rate, for example “Dostawa 23%”. It takes the VAT rate of most of the goods.
- One payment: the form most of the order was paid with, worked out from the order’s payment method, such as card, cash or transfer. Cash on delivery, an unpaid order and a method Omnilinker does not recognise count as other.
- A last line with the order number. A receipt kept with an invoice says which order’s invoice it goes with.
Which printer prints the receipt
Omnilinker takes the first that applies:- The Fiscal printer of the location of your station (the one you chose in the top bar), when that printer is in use and still at one of the location’s stations.
- The one fiscal printer at your station.
- The one fiscal printer at your station’s location, or, if your station has no location, the one fiscal printer of your organization.
- With no station chosen, the one fiscal printer of your organization.
Follow the receipt
The section, the chip on the order and the receipt on the Orders list show the receipt’s status:Withdraw a receipt
While a receipt is Waiting for the station or Waiting for the printer, it has not reached a printer. Click Don’t issue it and confirm. The order can get a receipt again later. If the station took it at the same moment, Omnilinker says “Its station took it or answered for it at the same moment. Reload to see how it stands now.”A printed receipt
The section shows No., Printer, When, Receipt as and Amount. Click View receipt to see the receipt as printed and what happened to it, step by step.A receipt kept with an invoice
A receipt kept with an invoice does not go in the parcel. Once it has printed, the Station app at the station of the person who issued it (or, without one, at the printer’s station) asks someone to take it from the printer and file it with the invoice copy; see A receipt to keep. The order then says “Filed with the invoice copy at the desk (…)”. Fiscal > End of day counts the day’s receipts kept for invoices.Refused by the printer
The section says which printer refused it and why, and “Nothing was recorded on the printer.” Fix the reason, for example add paper or map a VAT letter, then issue the receipt again from the same section. Not sure it printed
When the station loses the printer’s answer while it is printing, the receipt becomes Not sure it printed. The station first tries to settle it by itself from the printer’s counters. Until someone settles it, no other receipt is issued for the order, so it cannot print twice. You need Settle “not sure” receipts.Open it

Answer
- If it printed, type the number in It printed, as receipt number and click Mark as printed.
- If it did not, click It didn’t print. The order can get its receipt again.
- Leave it for now closes the dialog.
When the station disagrees
If the station later proves from the printer’s counters that a receipt ended otherwise than it was settled, the order and Needs you on Fiscal > Overview say so. The receipt stays as it was settled:- Settled as not printed, but it printed: if it was issued again, the sale may be in the printer twice. Check the printer’s memory with your service company.
- Settled as printed, but it did not print: the sale may not be in the printer. Check the printer’s memory, and issue it again if it is missing.
- Settled with another number: check the printer’s memory for which is right.
Orders invoiced to a business
An order whose invoice has a NIP needs no receipt. The section says “Invoiced to a business.” Issue one only if your accountant asked for it: click Issue anyway and confirm. You need Issue a receipt for an order invoiced to a business. The receipt then carries the business’s NIP and is kept with the invoice.Test receipts
A receipt on a test printer records nothing. It carries Test, and View receipt shows it marked “TEST · NOT A FISCAL RECORD”. To give the order a real receipt later, click Void test receipt on the printed test receipt and confirm.Issue receipts for many orders
