# Repricer dashboard

> See what repricing did to your prices in the last 7 days, which rules are healthy, and what needs your decision.

The repricer dashboard answers three questions: what did repricing change, is every rule working, and what is waiting
for you. Open **Pricing Intelligence** > **Repricer** > **Repricer dashboard**.

You need the **Repricer** permission, under **Pricing Intelligence**. The dashboard is read-only: the links on it take
you to the pages where you act.

Before you have any rule, the dashboard shows **Set up your first repricing rule** with **Create your first rule** and
**Browse templates**. See [Rules and strategy templates](/pricing-intelligence/repricer/rules-and-templates).

<Note>
The dashboard is not scoped by market: "Not scoped by market: the repricer compares every market that shares this
product's currency — so DE and AT compete with each other." See
  [Which competitor offers count](/pricing-intelligence/repricer/how-it-works#which-competitor-offers-count).
</Note>

The page updates by itself while rules run, so you can leave it open.

## Needs attention

A banner at the top lists problems, most serious first. Each line is a link.

| Message | Shown when | Link opens |
| - | - | - |
| "… execution failure(s) in the last 24 h" | at least one rule run failed in the last 24 hours | [Audit](/pricing-intelligence/repricer/audit), filtered to runs |
| "… price-write failures in the last 24 h — failure rate above 10%" | at least 5 prices failed to apply in the last 24 hours, and they are more than 10% of the attempts | [Audit](/pricing-intelligence/repricer/audit), filtered to rejections |
| "… rule(s) waiting for fresh data past their deadline" | a rule has waited for fresh competitor data longer than its maximum wait | the rule, or **Rules** if several |
| "… pending recommendation(s) expire within 24 h" | pending recommendations will expire within a day | the [recommendation queue](/pricing-intelligence/repricer/recommendations), pending ones |
| "No completed market-data run in the last 24 h — repricing on stale data" | no data source run finished in the last 24 hours, once at least one has ever run | **Data Sources**; see [Markets and data sources](/pricing-intelligence/markets-and-data-sources) |

## Value

Four figures cover the last 7 days. Hover over a figure for its definition.

| Figure | What it measures |
| - | - |
| **Price change impact 7d** | The sum of (new price − old price) per unit over all applied price changes, in gross prices, with the change against the 7 days before (**vs prior 7 d**) and the number of applied changes. It is a price difference, not a margin: purchase prices are not read. A negative value is price given up; judge it together with the top-offer rate. |
| **Top-offer rate now** | Of the products repriced in the last 7 days that have fresh competitor data, the share where your price is the cheapest fresh offer right now. Ties count as cheapest. **no fresh market data** when none of them has fresh data. |
| **Price movements 7d** | Applied changes split into lowered (↓) and raised (↑), with the average move in percent. |
| **SKUs repriced 7d** | Products with at least one applied change, against the 7 days before. **of … evaluated** counts the products the rules made a recommendation for in the same 7 days. |

Only applied prices count. Recommendations that are still pending, were rejected or expired do not.

## Applied changes chart

**Applied changes & price change impact, last 7 days** shows one bar per day, split into **Lowered** and **Raised**, and
a **Price change impact** line on the right-hand scale. With no applied changes, it says "No price changes were applied
in the last 7 days." and offers **Simulate a rule in dry-run**; see [Dry runs](/pricing-intelligence/repricer/dry-runs).

## Needs your decision

This card counts the **pending** recommendations; click the number to open them in the
[recommendation queue](/pricing-intelligence/repricer/recommendations). Below it:

* "… expire within 24 h": pending recommendations that will expire within a day.
* "… older than 3 days": pending recommendations waiting more than 3 days.
* "… approved but not applied": recommendations someone approved that have not been written to the price level yet.
The link opens the approved ones.
* "oldest waits …": how long the oldest pending recommendation has waited.

"The queue is empty — nothing waits for you." means there is nothing pending and nothing stuck.

## Rule health

**Rule health** lists every rule with its layer and mode, highest **Price change 7d** first. Click a column header
to sort (every column except **Status**), and a row to open the rule in the editor. Disabled rules are hidden; when
there are any, select **Show disabled** to include them.

| Column | Shows |
| - | - |
| **Rule** | The name, the layer and the mode. |
| **Status** | **Active**, **Paused** or **Disabled**, and **waiting for data** while the rule waits for fresh competitor data. |
| **Last run** | When the rule last ran in the past 30 days, with ✓ for a completed run, ✕ for a failed one and – for a skipped one. |
| **Next run** | When the rule can run next, by its schedule, or **firing now** while a campaign's window is open. Empty for a disabled rule. |
| **Applied 7d** | Prices the rule applied in the last 7 days. |
| **Blocked 7d** | Recommendations blocked by the margin floor or the MAP. |
| **Failed 7d** | Prices that failed to apply. |
| **Price change 7d** | The rule's share of **Price change impact 7d**. |

**Next run** follows the schedule only. A rule also waits for its cooldown to pass; see
[When a rule runs](/pricing-intelligence/repricer/how-it-works#when-a-rule-runs).

## Live activity

**Live activity** shows the six latest repricer events, such as rule changes, runs and recommendations, newest first,
and adds new ones as they happen. **View audit** opens the full [audit log](/pricing-intelligence/repricer/audit).

## If the dashboard does not load

"Couldn't load the dashboard. Check your connection and try again." Click **Retry**.
