The **Marketplace listings** page lists every listing on your connected marketplace accounts: drafts, listings on their way to the marketplace, live ones, and those that were rejected or ended. From here you publish, end and relist listings, send prices and stock on demand, and see why a listing was rejected. Open **Marketplace** > **Marketplace listings**. You need the **Listings** permission; the actions need more, see [Permissions](#permissions). To create listings, see [Create listings](/marketplaces/listing-wizard). ## Find a listing * The search box finds listings by their own title, their external ID, or the ID of the marketplace product they are matched to. Capitals matter. A listing whose title is empty uses the product name, and the search does not find it by that name. * The account list shows **All accounts**, or one account. Accounts are grouped by marketplace. * The state chips show **All** and each state with its count. **Rejected** and **Error** turn red when they have listings. Click a chip to show that state. * With accounts on more than one marketplace, the marketplace chips show **All providers** or one marketplace. The list shows 25 listings per page, most recently changed first. Above the list: * **Synchronization is stopped** lists the accounts on the page for which no prices or stock are being sent, because the account is switched off or not connected. Reconnect or switch on the account on **Marketplace accounts**. * **Resume worksheet: account (N)** links lead to the worksheets with unfinished drafts; see [Complete and publish in the worksheet](/marketplaces/listing-wizard#complete-and-publish-in-the-worksheet). ## The listings table | Column | Shows | | - | - | | **Product** | The product name and SKU. A rejected or failed listing also shows the error; click it to see why. | | **Account** | The marketplace and the account name. | | **Category** | The marketplace category ID. | | **State** | The listing's state; see [States](#states). | | **Price** | The price rule and where the price comes from; see [The Price column](#the-price-column). | | **External id** | The listing's ID on the marketplace, linked to the offer where there is a link. | | **Updated** | When the listing last changed. An hourglass shows when a listing expires on the marketplace. | | **Actions** | What you can do with the listing; see [Actions](#actions). | ### States | State | Meaning | | - | - | | **Draft** | Being prepared. | | **Queued** | Waiting to be sent to the marketplace. | | **Publishing** | Sent; Omnilinker is waiting for the marketplace's answer. | | **Active** | Live on the marketplace. | | **Ended** | Taken down. | | **Rejected** | The marketplace, or Omnilinker before sending, refused it. | | **Error** | Something failed outside the normal answer. | An **Active** listing can carry a warning with the marketplace's own status when it may not be fully live there yet: on OLX **Limited (ad quota exceeded)**, **Unconfirmed**, **Under moderation** or **Blocked**, on Allegro **Activating**. On Allegro, the **State** column also shows a chip for each other Allegro marketplace that approved the offer; see [Other Allegro marketplaces](#other-allegro-marketplaces). ### The Price column The first line is the listing's price rule: a fixed price such as `129.90 PLN`, a formula such as `×1.1 +5.00`, or — when the listing takes the price level's price as it is. A circular-arrow icon means the price or stock is still waiting to be sent; otherwise, hovering over the cell shows what was last sent, for example "Sent: 129.90 PLN / qty: 4". The lines below say: * Where the price comes from: **Fixed price**, **Price level: …**, **Price level: … (from the account settings)**, **Price level: … (recommended retail price)**, **The price level is no longer available**, or **The price is not synchronized** when price sync is off. * **sent …**: when a price was last actually sent to the marketplace. * **last checked …**: when the sync last looked at the listing, which is not a confirmation that a price was sent. **not checked yet** means it has not looked yet, and **account synchronization is stopped** that the account is off or not connected. A listing whose price does not change is checked regularly but sent rarely, so **sent** is often much older than **last checked**. ## Actions | Action | Shown for | What it does | | - | - | - | | **Why rejected?** | **Rejected**, **Error** | Opens the marketplace's last validation result. | | **Edit** | **Draft**, **Rejected**, **Error** | Opens the listing in the wizard. | | **Edit in worksheet** | **Draft**, **Rejected**, **Error** | Opens the account's worksheet. | | **Publish** | **Draft**, **Rejected**, **Error** | Queues the listing: "Listing queued for publishing." | | **Send this listing's price and stock now** | **Active**, with price or stock sync on | Sends the listing's price and stock without waiting; see [Sync now](#sync-now). | | **Edit live listing** | **Active**, OLX | Changes the title, description or price of the live advert; see [Edit a live OLX listing](#edit-a-live-olx-listing). | | **Promote this listing** | **Active**, OLX, not held back over the advert quota | Buys a paid OLX promotion; see [OLX promotions and packets](#olx-promotions-and-packets). | | **End** | **Active** | Ends the listing on the marketplace: "Listing ended." | | **Assign a packet slot** | OLX, held back over the advert quota | Uses a prepaid publication slot; see [OLX promotions and packets](#olx-promotions-and-packets). | | **Other Allegro marketplaces** | Allegro | Prices and qualification on the other Allegro marketplaces. | | **Relist** | **Ended** | Brings the listing back: "Listing relisted." | | Delete (bin) | **Draft**, **Rejected**, **Error** | Deletes the listing after "Delete this draft listing? This cannot be undone." | A listing that was live must be ended before it can be deleted: "Only draft, rejected, or error listings can be deleted — end the listing first." If an action fails, Omnilinker says "This action failed. The list has been refreshed to show the current state." If the marketplace refuses to end a listing, it stays **Active**, although the message still says "Listing ended."; check the **State** column after you end a listing. ### Relist **Relist** asks the marketplace to reactivate the ended offer. If the marketplace refuses, the listing stays ended: "The marketplace rejected reactivating this listing. It remains ended — check the logs for details, then adjust (e.g. restock) and try again." A listing that never reached the marketplace is published again instead. ### End or relist many listings With the **Manage listings** permission, the table has checkboxes. Tick listings, or tick the header to select the whole page. The bar above the table shows "N selected", with **End selected**, **Relist selected** and **Clear selection**. Omnilinker asks you to confirm, and says how many selected listings it skips: **End selected** ends only **Active** listings, **Relist selected** relists only **Ended** ones. Afterwards it reports "N succeeded, N skipped, N not processed". ### Why a listing was rejected Click **Why rejected?**, or the error under the product name. **Why was this listing rejected?** lists the marketplace's messages, each with its code and the field it concerns. **Fix in worksheet** opens the account's worksheet, where the row shows the same reasons. After you fix it, publish it again. ## Price and stock sync For an **Active** listing with **Sync price automatically** or **Sync stock automatically** on, Omnilinker keeps the marketplace in step with your catalog and stock. Every 10 minutes, it takes up to 200 such listings per account, the ones checked longest ago first, works out each listing's current price and quantity, and sends only what changed. On an account with more listings, a listing may wait more than one round. How the price and quantity are worked out is in [Price, stock and sync](/marketplaces/listing-wizard#price-stock-and-sync). Omnilinker does not sync an account that is switched off or not connected. On OLX, which has no stock quantities, a quantity of 0 deactivates the advert and a quantity above 0 activates it. ### Sync now To send prices and stock without waiting: * For a whole account: pick the account in the account list and click **Sync now**. * For one listing: click **Send this listing's price and stock now** in its row. Omnilinker answers: | Message | Meaning | | - | - | | "Sync queued — prices and stock will be sent shortly." | The sync is on its way. | | "The same sync was requested a moment ago. You can request it again in N s." | Wait, then ask again. | | "This account is already being synced right now, so nothing new was queued…" | A sync is running. If it does not reach the listing, the next scheduled sync will. | | "Nothing can be synced: …" | The reason follows, for example "the account is not connected — reconnect it first." or "this listing is not a sync candidate — it must be live and have price or stock sync switched on." | ### Changes made on the marketplace Every 5 minutes, Omnilinker reads Allegro's list of changes made to your offers directly on Allegro. Once an hour, it also checks every **Active** listing on Allegro and OLX with the marketplace itself, for accounts that are switched on and connected. * When the price or the stock of an Allegro offer is changed on Allegro, and the listing has **Sync price automatically** or **Sync stock automatically** on for that value, Omnilinker does not overwrite it, and sends you the notification **A listing changed directly on the marketplace**. Review the listing and decide which value should apply. A price change within 15 minutes of Omnilinker sending the price is taken as Omnilinker's own change and raises nothing. With the sync off, a change on Allegro raises nothing. Changes to other fields, such as the title, are not reported. * When an Allegro offer that Omnilinker shows as ended becomes active again on Allegro, you get **A listing was reactivated directly on the marketplace**. Omnilinker still shows the listing as **Ended**. * When an offer that Omnilinker shows as **Active** is no longer live on the marketplace, Omnilinker marks it **Ended**. Allegro's list of changes, or a message from OLX about the advert, usually brings this in minutes, and then you get no notification. When only the hourly check finds it, you also get **A listing ended on the marketplace without notice**. See [Notifications](/notifications/inbox). ## Edit a live OLX listing For an **Active** OLX listing, click **Edit live listing**. **Edit live listing** opens with the **Title**, **Description** and **Price**. "Changes are sent straight to the marketplace — this listing stays Active." The title must not be empty and must fit OLX's limits of 16 to 150 characters. The description must be at least 80 characters, unless the listing's template provides the description. Click **Save**: "Live listing updated." If OLX refuses, the dialog says "The marketplace rejected the change:" with OLX's reason. The price you enter becomes the listing's fixed price. If a repricer rule sets prices at the listing's price level, the dialog warns that the rule will no longer set this listing's price. See [Repricer rules](/pricing-intelligence/repricer/rules-and-templates). **Edit live listing** is not available for Allegro. Omnilinker does not change the title or description of a live Allegro offer; its price and quantity still follow [price and stock sync](#price-and-stock-sync). ## Other Allegro marketplaces An Allegro offer can also be visible on Allegro's marketplaces in other countries. Click **Other Allegro marketplaces** in the listing's row. The dialog shows each other marketplace with its price and status. "Allegro decides on its own where this offer is visible — it qualifies it from the delivery methods your shipping rates cover." You cannot switch a marketplace on here; you can set its price and read Allegro's verdict. | Status | Meaning | | - | - | | **Approved** | Allegro shows the offer there while the listing is active. | | **Refused** | Allegro will not show it there. Allegro's reasons follow, and most name a fix. | | **Being checked** | Allegro is qualifying the offer now. | | **Waiting** | Qualification has not started; Allegro qualifies only active offers. | | **Not requested** | Nothing requested yet; Allegro qualifies an offer once your delivery methods reach that country. | | **Not checked** | The status has never been read. Click **Re-read status**. | For each marketplace you can: * Type a price and save it. It is sent to Allegro straight away. Without one, Allegro converts the base price at its own exchange rate. * Price it from a price level with **Price from a level** or **Change price level**. The sync then sends that level's price on its next runs, replacing a typed price. The account's **Listing defaults** can set a level for each marketplace for all its listings. A listing that is not published yet has no status to read: "A price set now is sent with the first publish." ## OLX promotions and packets OLX charges real money for promotions and packet slots. OLX does not publish promotion prices through its API, so Omnilinker cannot show an amount, and a purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded. **Promote this listing** (an **Active** OLX listing) opens **Promote listing**: the promotions **Running on this listing** and those **Available to buy**, with their duration. Choose the **Payment method** (**Prepaid balance** or **Invoice (postpaid)**), click **Buy**, and confirm in **Confirm the charge**. A promotion that is already running shows **Already running**. **Assign a packet slot** appears when OLX holds a listing back over the account's advert quota. It uses one slot of a prepaid publication packet; if no packet has a slot left, OLX bills a new one at the account's pricing. Confirm in **Confirm the spend**. If OLX accepted a purchase but Omnilinker could not confirm it, the message tells you not to buy again. Check the advert in OLX before you try anything else: OLX gives no receipt, so a second attempt may charge twice. ## Troubleshooting Check the **Price** column. **account synchronization is stopped** means the account is off or not connected; reconnect it on **Marketplace accounts**. **The price is not synchronized** means price sync is off on the listing. Otherwise, the listing waits for its turn in the 10-minute rounds; use **Sync now** to send it at once. A sync was running on the account when you saved. Try again in a moment. End the listing, then delete it. Look for a warning under the state, such as **Under moderation** or **Limited (ad quota exceeded)**: the marketplace has not fully released the listing yet. ## Permissions The permissions are in the **Marketplaces** group. | Action | Permission | | - | - | | See **Marketplace listings** | **Listings** | | **Edit**, **Edit in worksheet**, **Publish**, **New listings** | **Create listings** | | **End**, **Relist**, delete, bulk actions, **Sync now**, **Import existing offers**, **Edit live listing**, other Allegro marketplaces, OLX promotions and packets | **Manage listings** | **Listings** is enough to see account names and the account list on this page; you do not need **Marketplace accounts** for that. Create drafts, complete them and publish. Link offers already live on the marketplace to your catalog. Keep the prices listings are priced from. Keep the stock listings offer.
