# Home

> Your start page: a card for each module you use, ordered by what needs you, with release notes and help underneath.

**Home** is the page you land on after signing in, and the first item in the main menu. It shows one card for each
module you use, so you can see at a glance what needs you and open it in one click. You only get cards for modules
that are enabled for your organization and that your permissions let you open. See
[Finding your way around](/get-started/navigation).

## Cards

Each card has a headline number, a few rows and a button that opens the module. A row whose label is a link opens
the list it counts, filtered to the same records. **Guide**, once the page of these docs about the card is written, opens it.

The pill at the top right says how much the card needs you:

| Pill | Meaning |
| - | - |
| **Blocking** | Something has stopped working, such as a connection that has to sign in again. A blocking card goes before the others in its group (after **Your station**) and can't be hidden. |
| **Decision** | Something waits for your choice. |
| **Today** | Worth dealing with today. |
| **Watch** | Worth a look, nothing urgent. |
| **On track** | Nothing to do. |
| **Not set up** | The module has nothing to show yet. Most cards offer the first step. |
| **Couldn't report** | The module didn't answer in time. Click **Try again**; the rest of your board is unaffected. |

The line under the page title says how many cards are reporting, when Home last checked, and which time zone the
times are in. A card's numbers can be up to a minute old.

The tiles above the cards show a key number from the first cards on your board that have one, such as new orders
since your previous visit. The last tile, **Needs you**, counts the cards that are blocking or wait for a decision.

## Arrange for

**Arrange for** sets which cards you see in full:

| Preset | Cards in full |
| - | - |
| **Owner** | Every card. |
| **Operations** | **Your station**, **Orders**, **Shipping**, **Devices & printing**, **Inventory**, **Marketplaces**, **ERP** |
| **Admin** | **ERP**, **Marketplaces**, **Devices & printing**, **API keys**, **Notification email** |

The other cards move to **Also on your board**, below, as one line each. A blocking card stays red there.
**Your station** is shown in full in every preset.

Until you pick a preset, Home picks one from the modules you use: **Operations** if you work in sales or shipping and
not in Pricing Intelligence, **Admin** if you only use administration modules such as API keys, and **Owner**
otherwise. Picking another preset replaces your order and the cards you have hidden.

## Since

**Orders** and **Shipping** count what is new. The menu next to the presets sets from when:

* **Since your previous visit** (the default): from your last visit to Home, at most 7 days back. On your first
  visit, from the start of today.
* **Since the start of today**
* **In the last 7 days**

Days start at midnight in your organization's time zone.

## Customize your board

Click **Customize board**. Your changes are saved as you make them, for you only.

* **Order**: **Needs attention first** (the default) puts the cards that need you most at the top. **My order** keeps
  the order you set: drag a card by its handle, or focus the handle and use the arrow keys.
* **On your board**: switch a card off to hide it. A blocking card is shown while it is blocking, whatever you choose.
* **Above the board**: the **Setup checklist**.
* **Under the board**: **What's new**, **Help from the docs** and **Apps on your computers**.

**Reset to** puts back the preset's cards and order. Click **Done** to close the panel.

## Your station

If you print, and you have chosen a station in the top bar, **Your station** comes first on your board. It shows the
jobs waiting to print there, each printer and its state, jobs waiting for a printer that takes them, and **Print jobs
with a problem**, which opens **Print jobs** at that station. Choose another station and the card follows it. See
[Choose your station](/devices/choose-station).

## Setting up a new organization

While modules still need setting up, **Set up your modules** lists one step for each module you can set up:

* **Add your products** and **Choose your RRP price level** (Catalog)
* **Add a market and its data sources** (Pricing Intelligence)
* **Set your organization's time zone**
* **Connect your ERP**
* **Connect a courier account**
* **Install the Station app on a packing PC**
* **Connect a marketplace account**
* **Set up your warehouses**

Each step opens the page where you do it, and its guide once that page of these docs is written. A step ticks itself
off once Home sees it done. Click **Hide the checklist** to put it away; **Customize board** brings it back.

When every card has answered and none needs you, Home says **All clear. Nothing needs you right now.**

## Around Omnilinker

Under the board:

* **What's new**: release notes from the [Changelog](/changelog) for the modules you use, plus the ones for everyone.
  Notes you haven't read are marked. **Mark all read** clears the marks; **All releases** opens the changelog.
* **Help from the docs**: search these docs (press `/` to jump to the search box), and guides for what needs you
  now. When nothing does, it suggests reading for your cards instead.
* **Apps on your computers**: the version of the **Station app** on each station, and whether an update is waiting
  for it, and the version of the **ERP Sync agent** on each connection. Both install updates by themselves at night,
  between 01:00 and 05:00.
* **Getting started**: the quickstarts and the key concepts.

## On a phone

The tiles sit two by two and the cards in one column. After the first three cards, **More cards** shows the rest;
a blocking card and **Your station** are always shown.
